Our team was selected by Rosebud-Lott Independent School District to remodel classrooms and washrooms in one of their existing facilities.
On this project, special attention was given and improvements were made to environmental concerns, life-safety issues and out-dated mechanical systems. ADA updates included wheelchair lifts and new concrete ramps allow the school to serve all. New sewer lines were also routed to improve plumbing functions.
After design of the space was completed, PM2i implemented 7-day a week construction process to meet the schedule and complete the work prior to the commencement of the new school year. Our team worked exhaustively with the school board members to adhere to budget and schedule constraints and provide a successful and flawless project delivery.
