Our team was first selected by Dilley Independent School District to remodel classrooms and washrooms originally built in 1954.
In this portion of the work, labeled Phase I, special attention was given and improvements were made to environmental concerns and out-dated mechanical systems. After design of the space was completed, our team implemented a fast-track construction process to meet the schedule and complete the work prior to the start of the new school year.
Our client, Mr. Jack Seals, Superintendent of Schools, stated: “the quality of work performed has been to my complete satisfaction. The company works well with subcontractors to maintain an appropriate, yet aggressive, time-table for completion of the project.
