First Financial Bank - Glen Rose Branch

First Financial Bank originally selected FJW Construction to build its Midlothian, Texas branch. They were so pleased with our performance that multiple projects were subsequently awarded.

The Glen Rose branch project included the interior renovation and expansion of an existing facility that operated 6 days a week.

The interior of the bank was updated with the new First Financial standard finishes, and the existing public restrooms were updated to meet ADA requirements.

The branch was not only expanded with the addition of drive-thru teller area, new night deposit unit, an 18-foot long drive-thru teller window, but FJW also had to coordinate the move of the entire teller drive-thru operations from the west side of the building to the south side of the building over a weekend so as to not disrupt operations. In addition, a six bay drive-thru canopy with new pneumatic tube system, transaction stations, and an ATM were added. In order to match the exterior of the existing facility, the new drive-thru canopy was constructed of exposed structural trusses on stone columns with an exposed structural wood deck finished with asphalt shingles.

FJW also managed over 47,000 sf of sitework including a new concrete drive, parking, drive-thru paving, and landscaping.

FJW completed the renovation and expansion, met the challenges and delivered the facility on schedule.
