Michael N. Heid serves as Executive Vice President of FJW. In this role as regional operations manager, he utilizes his vast knowledge and over 26 years of experience of the construction industry to act as a liaison between FJW's management and its clients, and is responsible for the company's regional field operations.

Mr. Heid's experience includes projects in the healthcare, retail, religious, and aviation sectors. His industry specialty includes contract negotiations with subcontractors and owners, as well as working with various trade unions in different areas of the country. He is also knowledgeable in the latest construction techniques and approval agencies' regulations.

Mr. Heid is a graduate of Oklahoma State University, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management. He is certified in Green Advantage Environmental Construction Storm Water Management and Texas Accessibility Standards by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulations (TDLR).
