First Financial Bank - Midlothian Branch

First Financial Bank originally selected FJW Construction to build this Midlothian, Texas branch. They were so pleased with our performance that multiple projects were subsequently awarded.

First Financial Bank chose to design two facility prototypes, which were then to be site adapted as needed. This branch is the larger design at 4,700 sf.

One of the first issues faced by the FJW team was the fact that the main power line to the retail development was in conflict with the storm sewer line directly under this site. The team worked closely with the retail development’s owners as well as the city to relocate the main power line.

The signature exterior of the building was designed with the First Financial Bank cast stone columns and entrance pediment. The detached six bay drive-thru canopy includes a pneumatic tube system. FJW carefully scheduled and coordinated the delivery and installation of the equipment by the manufacturer.

The interior of the branch has a large customer transaction area with granite flooring and an open gabled ceiling, while offices, a conference room and support spaces line the perimeter of the building.

Under FJW’s careful and consistent commitment to maintain the schedule, the facility was completed and delivered to a very satisfied client.
