The Oaks of Kyle, located off IH-35 south of the Kyle Center, is a new multi-story residential project consisting of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment units. Construction includes 204 units with a net living area of 172,932 SF, a clubhouse with fitness center and swimming pool, private garages and surface parking.
The exterior facade is designed to evoke the Hill Country architecture with a mixture of multi-colored limestone and wood exterior, accented with hewn cedar beams. The interiors include upscale finishes and amenities including granite countertops and a separate shower in the master bathroom.
