The Wellness Center at Titus Regional

FJW was selected over large, local contractors to build a $5 million facility because of our healthcare expertise. After this first project was completed, Titus Regional Medical Center was so pleased with FJW’s performance that they awarded us millions of dollars in additional projects to span several years. The first subsequent project awarded was the Outpatient Wellness Center.

The new, recently completed Outpatient Wellness Center is a 64,000 SF free-standing three story building with specialized treatment units for rehabilitations and breast cancer, a diagnostics unit, clinical lab, and a conference center. It includes a six foot-wide indoor walking track, two heated pools for aquatic exercise, rehabilitation and arthritic classes; group exercise studio and adjacent stretching area; conference and educational center; and men’s and women’s locker rooms.

FJW outfitted the interior with specialized treatment units for Rehabilitation, Diagnostics, Clinical Lab, Breast Cancer Center, and Conference Center. It also has a fitness area with indoor running track, exercise pool, and treatment area.

Prior FJW projects for Titus Regional Medical Center have included the two-story, vertical addition to the Titus Regional Medical Center Hospital Expansion, Patty and Bo Pilgrim Cancer Center, and we are currently in the middle of a two-year façade replacement program on the main hospital building while it is in full operation.
